You have to setup your recording device through steam Make sure your mic is set to be both default recording device and default device in windows I m not sure what the difference is but to steam if the device being used for comms is not set as both default recording and communications device steam will not hear your voice

It works fine with discord and other games that use a mic But for some reason this game just wont register Anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it

Can t Get Voice Chat Working I ve checked here https www onlinemictest and made sure that it recognized my mircophone and I can hear other people chatting but when I m in the lobby my microhpone is greyed out and doesn t seem to be selectable and no one can hear me when I chat

Are you talkin about in lobby or in actual game in game its proximity only unless you find the radio then it becomes open chat should be able to hear people in lobby fine check your privacy settings change them back and forth other than that try your headset in other games make sure its not an issue there Reply
